Daaaammnn... I just got back from miami after a few flight cancellations. Didn't have a board while I was there so unfortunately didn't catch any of those nice peaks. Only thing I caught was food poisoning from the local Olive Garden. Still, it was a fun 3-day hurricane party...
looking forward to a nice late southy this sun-monday...?

I'm actually from Miami, Ive surfed south beach plenny times.
Those Hurricane swells have an extremly small swell window, especially at south beach (the bahamas block a lot)
Those swells usually only last a few hours. I have gotten to south beach at 7am to see double overhead sets, then its waist high by 10.
surfing miami is tough....but occasionly good!
