Well if we are going to talk skateboard let me see if I can get my mom to take a couple of pictures of my 2 skateboards in the closet.

One is a Lance Mountain (my HP board) and the other is a Natas Kaupas (my street board).

BTW all the skaters from the 80's (us old farts) what skate boards did you remember having. Expecting posts from Bud, HB, and SJ9 (I'm pretty sure you guys were skaters not sure of the others on the BB.

I still have my Santa Cruz wall board with Tracker Trucks and Sims Wheels from 1979. My sons use it now. We used to ride Wallows and Weeds in Niu Valley all the time. No helmet, barefeet, slippers on the hands...

Was into it when I was 15-16, when Cadillac wheels made their big debut. Bombing the streets of Nuuanu with my pals. Just like Uncle, useta wear da rubbah slaps on my hands for turning on the driveways. Would visit my old man in Needham Mass, and was the only skater in town. The girls loved it. 8)
Was never that good though...more into it for da chicks.... /@*@\

My elbows are still swollen.

How about CLAY wheels? Used to turn to dust whem you hit a rock.

The first 10 inch wide sims?

Tony Alva & Dogtown?

Uluwatu's?

Fracturing my skull trying to skate a ramp in fricking Des Moines, iowa while in college.

Ah, what great memories & scarred for life....

No more kickflips, stairs, and gaps for me because my knees swell up and I can't surf. Cruising a nice slopey downhill is always a pleasure. I just have to do without the whiskey next time. Bleh!
