Check out this view from puenas past Alligators on a pretty big day it looks like, all the spots are showing:

Using the link from the Waimea buoy archive, the Polar interactive Plot, on 10/30/2002 (the day those pics were taken)
At noon on that day:
10.6 feet, 14 seconds , 339 degrees
veddy intersting

nice work S9J, I'd seen that site and cruised those sat pics in the past, but tied in with that buoy data is neato ... I suppose it's a matter of time before up to the minute sat photos will be available to the general pub. how awesome will that be

Here's a south shore aerial that I pieced together a couple years ago. Kewalos to dh. Interesting to see the reef and channels in spots. ( pic is about 780k )

Sloan- EXCELLENT! That is too cool.

A while back I did a similar thing but did not come out nearly as well as yours, thats a keeper (if you don't mind) :wink:
