im not surprised by this fact at all, and no offense but overall most people in hawaii, not all people but quite a few people aren't too bright.
including myself, too much water on the brain.

yes, hawaii is #42, but i believe it shoulda been 52.
people refuse to listen to other people- first and foremost the reason why hawaii is dead last.
another reason? people like me (somewhat educated) get sick and tired of the stupidity and LEAVE. the BRAIN DRAIN.
oh, did i here you say,"okay then, leave already". no worries, the planning stages have commenced. i haven't lived here all my life and i can always leave again. i've seen other places where common sense prevails, and it ain't here.
